Shipping
- Purchase over 400$ plus taxes (excluding seats, tires and brake rotor) : free shipping in Quebec and Ontario. Non cumulative offer during special sales.
- Purchase of one seat : preferential shipping fees all over Canada. Combined purchase of two seats : shipping fees are reduced.
- Purchase of tires : no shipping available, in-store pick-up only. The customer can contact us about a shipping method if required. We will provide him with a quotation.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 days after receiving the payment. The delivery date depends on the shipping company.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we can provide the customer with a link to track the package online upon request.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects and all our products are appropriately packed and protected inside boxes.
Gift packaging is not available.
Return and exchange
Items sold in discounted price are all final sales. This is applicable on short-term special and on long-term clearance sales.
Msgear does not propose any return policy. Sales manager must be contacted if an exchange is required.
The customer is reponsible for checking the fitting of the part number. When we are asked for finding a part number, the approval of the customer is required to confirm the fitting with his car. Msgear does not accept any return if the part does not fit with the car while the customer approved the order in advance.
When buying clothes without trying it, the customer must contact the sales manager within 15 days if the size does not fit. No refund will be applied, only an exchange. Msgear must be able to check if the product is still new (neither used nor washed) before approving or not the exchange. Original packaging and labels must remain on the product
If the customer can prove that there is a manufacturer defect, we will evaluate the possibility of an exchange depending on our in-store stock or our provider’s stock.
